Registration is open to all persons interested in oncology including, but not limited to:

Networking Event

Registration includes a ticket to the Networking Event on 09 May 2019. The event will allow you to socialise with your colleagues and make new acquaintances over drinks and canapes. Join us on level 1 of Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre.

Registration Terms and Conditions


Delegate Registration
The Delegate Registration (including consumers and clinicians) fee entitles all delegates to the following:

  • All sessions
  • Program booklet, proceedings/abstract book and list of participants
  • Social functions: Optimal Networking Function
  • Catering: Morning and afternoon teas, Lunches


Day Registration*
The Day Registration fee entitled delegates to the following:

  • All sessions on chosen day (either Thursday or Friday)
  • Program booklet, proceedings/abstract book and list of participants
  • Catering: Morning and afternoon teas, Lunches

*Please note:  The Day Registration does not include a ticket to the Optimal Networking Function. Tickets can be purchased through the registration form for $45 each. 

Payment Options and Procedure

Credit Card

Please note all online registrations require payment by credit card.  Please visit our secure website to register.  Accepted credit cards: MasterCard and Visa (American Express will not be accepted). Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to ‘VICS2019 by Arinex’ or ‘Conference by Arinex Pty Ltd’.

Should you not want to pay by credit card at the time of booking, please select the invoice option. This will allow you to pay via credit card at a later date.

From thirty (30) days prior to the Conference all registrations and accommodation bookings must be submitted online with credit card details.

Registration Confirmation

Your completed registration and successful payment will be acknowledged via email with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will only be confirmed on full payment of fees due.

Name Badge

Each member of the Conference will receive a name badge upon registration on site at the Conference.  The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times during the Conference to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions. The Conference Managers expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.

Group Registration

The Group registration is offered when a single entity registers two (2) or more individuals. To register a group, please click here for the group registration form.

Group registration is available to assist organisations wishing to send multiple participants to the Conference. A list of participants must be nominated when submitting the group registration form but can be changed.  The final list of participants must be emailed to the Conference Managers fourteen (14) days prior to the commencement of the Conference.  

Should you have any specialised group requirements for private touring, private functions, transportation or hospitality services other than those organised for the official program, please contact the Conference Managers who will be pleased to assist with arrangements.

It is requested that you advise the Conference Managers of any private /corporate functions that may be planned outside of the official program. 

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers

Cancellation Fees

Cancellations before 30 January 2019 will incur a A$150.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations from 30 January 2019 to 19 March 2019 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations on or after 20 March 2019 will receive no refund.

Social Function

Payments are non-refundable as at 5 April 2019

The Conference Managers comply with these legislations and are committed to protect the right of the individual to privacy of their information.

Arinex will not sell your personal information to third parties.  If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please email us and we will promptly correct the information.  You may also withdraw your consent for use of your information by advice to us in writing. 

Why do we wish you to provide your information?

We require your information to facilitate provision of information to you regarding the Conference and to facilitate your participation in the Conference.  Information collected in respect of your proposed participation in any aspect of the Conference will be used for the purposes listed below.  You can give or withhold your consent for each or all of these uses.  Please indicate your preferences when completing your registration form but please note that we will be unable to forward any information relating to the Conference or to communicate with you regarding your registration if you select ‘no’ to point 1.

What we will do with your information?

  1. Planning and conduct of the Conference including arrangements for your participation (e.g. accommodation booking);
  2. In the Delegate List published for the Conference;   
  3. May also be provided to organisers of future occurrences of this Conference;     
  4. May be used to provide you with information of other relevant events in your area of interest.     

Important Notes:

  • The parties who will have access to your information (subject to your preference selections on above points) are the Conference Managers, the Conference host organisation (points 1 and point 4), delegates, sponsors and exhibitors of the Conference (point 2) and any future organisers of the Conference (point 3).

The parties mentioned above will rely on your above consent indications for the purposes of compliance.

  • You may withdraw your granular consent at any time by notice in writing to the Conference Managers.
  • You are entitled to access the information held by written application to the Conference Managers.
